We are not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, or negligence of any such suppliers or for any personal injuries, death, property damage, or other damages or expenses resulting therefrom.

2. Bookings & Payments

All bookings require client confirmation and may require a non-refundable deposit depending on the supplier’s policy. Final payment deadlines and cancellation penalties will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.

GoScape Travel reserves the right to adjust prices, itineraries, or services in the event of unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to changes in supplier costs, fuel surcharges, taxes, or currency fluctuations.

3. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that all personal details and travel preferences submitted are accurate. This includes names as they appear on government-issued identification, passport validity, travel visas, health requirements, and insurance coverage.

GoScape Travel is not responsible for missed flights, denied boarding, or trip interruptions due to client error, incomplete documentation, or non-compliance with destination requirements.

4. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellations, interruptions, medical emergencies, lost luggage, and other unexpected events.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies are governed by the terms of the third-party travel providers used for your booking. Some reservations may be non-refundable or subject to penalties. GoScape Travel will make every effort to facilitate cancellations or changes but cannot guarantee refunds outside of supplier policies.

6. Limitation of Liability

GoScape Travel shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services, including but not limited to travel delays, cancellations, lost items, or unforeseen expenses.
